2User Agreement & Acknowledgment

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You understand you are buying digital products and services.
• No specific financial or business results are guaranteed.
• You have reviewed and agree to our Refund Policy before purchase.

3Payments & Billing

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for your purchase and any renewals.

4No Chargeback Policy

You agree to:

• Not start a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team.
• Make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue directly with us.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

5Dispute Resolution Requirement

Before filing any dispute, you must contact our support team at [email protected]. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to resolve your issue.

If you do not follow this process, we may immediately suspend your account, permanently ban you from our services and submit evidence to the payment processor.

6Fraud & Abuse Protection

We may provide transaction records, IP logs and usage data to dispute fraudulent chargebacks. We may also report abusive behavior to payment processors.

7Intellectual Property

All materials, content and software remain the property of Genius AI System LLC.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law, Genius AI System LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9Arbitration & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

10Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
